Deane W. Navaroli, Principal of William & Reeves, has enjoyed more than 22 years in commercial real estate in varying capacities and disciplines, gaining valuable knowledge and experience at all levels of management.

Deane began his real estate career as a property manager, swiftly advancing his abilities and reputation to become a Vice President with The Trammell Crow Company. He worked directly with notable clients such as TIAA, Prudential Insurance, and Principal Financial, in addition to managing several Trammell Crow Family Holdings assets. While at Trammell Crow he led the office and industrial property management group for New England.

Deane later joined Boston Capital Institutional Advisors / CrossHarbor Capital as a Vice President in the asset management group, responsible for the leasing, marketing and project management of 19 assets within the former MGI Portfolio.

Prior to founding William & Reeves, Deane served as the Vice President of Asset Management for NPV Direct Invest, a Boston-based Tenant-in-Common (TIC) sponsor, and was responsible for the asset management and oversight of all real estate operations for the 22 assets, 3.9 million square foot office, industrial and warehouse portfolio located in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.

To date, Deane has successfully negotiated more than 4.6 million square feet of leasing transactions throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic states. He has also been involved, in varying capacities, with the acquisition and disposition of 3.2 million square feet of assets, and performed due diligence on more than 4.7 million square feet of various types of properties.
