Join us as we pick the brains of some of the most experienced local developer’s to learn the methods and tactics they use to successfully identify projects, develop or re-develop them, gauge the public opinion, navigate the municipality’s procedures and then bring the project to market.  This course will take us through the beginning stages of project development through completion. Each developer will give real life project examples and war stories. If you’ve ever had an interest in development in New Hampshire, this is your chance to learn from developers with decades of experience.
