Join Attorney Nicholas S. Frasca for this informative 3-hour State of New Hampshire Real Estate Commission accredited course and learn what a Title Search/Exam is, why it is necessary, and the basics of title searches in New Hampshire.  Attorney Frasca will explore the different title issues that may arise that can affect the closing. You will learn the differences between Lender's and Owner's Title Insurance Policies and the differences between Marketable and Insurable Title.

Attorney Frasca will also discuss the different types of deeds used in real estate conveyance in New Hampshire and when each one is used.
