Rachel is the Owner/Broker of Re/Max Capital Realty & Coastal Living and President of Eames Insurance Services. She has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Hampshire since 1988. Mrs. Eames received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1984. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University. Rachel has earned numerous designations from the National Association of Realtors including her GREEN designation, RE Negotiation Expert, Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Rachel was named the Concord Board of Realtors REALTOR of the Year for 2007. This is a prestigious honor awarded to the member who demonstrates high ethical standards, REALTOR Spirit and community involvement.
Rachel was President in 2017 of the New Hampshire REALTORS and served as the State Treasurer in 2014 and 2015. She was President Elect in 2016. Rachel has served the NH Association of Realtors on the Finance Committee since 2007.

Rachel has extensive knowledge in the new construction process, residential, commercial and land sales. Since 1980, Rachel and her husband Jeffrey have also owned Fort Mountain Land & Timber Co., Inc. This company provides forestry and land services to landowners in southern New Hampshire. Many years of experience with land, timberland and timber type give Rachel an expertise in the sale and sub-division of land.
