Since 1989 Michael Harrington has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of investment and corporately owned commercial properties for institutional, corporate and private property owners throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Mr. Harrington has excelled in executive level positions in brokerage, account management, and portfolio management at the following companies;

- Koll Management Services Corporation 1994-1997
- Barnstable Real Estate Corporation 1989-1994

Before establishing Harrington & Company, Commercial Real Estate Consultants in 2014 which spun out off Harrington & Reeves, Mr. Harrington served as Vice President and Managing Broker of the CB Richard Ellis/New England office located in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA.

Mr. Harrington is a licensed real estate Broker in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, in June of 2018 he became a member of The Counselors of Real Estate, he is a designated CCIM an active member of CCIM and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and he is a certified RPA from BOMA International. He currently volunteers his time in the community by serving as Chairman of the City of Manchester Planning Board and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester.

Specialties include tenant/buyer representation of Office and Industrial users looking to lease or buy properties. As well as the repositioning of properties to maximize value for his clients.
