Doug brings over 20 years of experience in both commercial, investment and residential real estate to the team. Licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, his expertise includes the sale and lease of stand alone commercial buildings, strip malls, office and retail locations, as well as manufacturing and storage facilities.
His knowledge of how to present and move through permitting and development has allowed him to assist his clients with tasks from site acquisition and lot assembly to board presentations and final approvals. Doug also works with buyers new to real estate investing, giving them trusted advice on how to identify a good investment and where to find them.
Doug is the founding partner of Martin Associates, a commercial auction company. In 2011, he merged Martin Associates with Strategic Auction Alliance, which now allows clients the benefit of both traditional real estate and auctions as a vehicle for acquisition.
