Christopher Erikson is the principal broker of The Aland Realty Group and is one of the original founding members. He is a licensed broker in Maine, New Hampshire & Massachusetts. He has also been a licensed attorney in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Washington D.C. & Florida since 2006. He has extensive legal experience with a litany of real estate related issues. Chris obtained an LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law where he had the opportunity to work with some of the finest attorneys and real estate developers in the country. He has experience drafting, editing, and finalizing commercial/residential leases, purchase and sale agreements, notes, and mortgages. Chris has worked on countless real estate deals as a broker and attorney including the workouts of many high-profile distressed developments. His experience and education with real estate and applicable legal issues provides him with a unique perspective on how to approach and solve any real estate problem or transaction. Within the seacoast community, he is involved in and supportive of various Seacoast causes and organizations, including the Kittery Fire Department 5k, Path-Way, The Marginal Way, Ogunquit Museum of American Art & the Ogunquit Playhouse.

Chris grew up in southern New Hampshire as an avid tennis player. He won two New Hampshire state singles titles while in high school and played Division I college tennis at the College of William & Mary and at the University of Miami during his first year of law school. He spent his summers in the Ogunquit/York area for over 30 years and is proud to be raising his family in the New England seacoast area.
