Nate Roxo has been a commercial and residential broker/investor for the past 17yrs. Formed Roxo Realty in 2003. Started primarily as a residential / multifamily investor in Manchester NH and has since expanded into larger commercial properties over the past 10years.
As a broker I have worked with buyers and sellers of property and helped transact hundreds of successful sales throughout the years. Well versed in local NH markets, especially in the multifamily market and commercial markets. Well versed in the underwriting and analysis of commercial properties and have created and use proprietory software that many brokers dont have access to. Member of Chamber of Commerce, NH Business Guild, GMNBR, NHREIA and CIBOR.
I also helped start and manage a succesful Property Management company in Manchester NH, Total Solutions Property Management with a partner of mine. We managed hundreds of properties in the Manchester/southern NH markets until we sold the business in early 2019.
As an investor , I started with smaller multifamily properties in the Manchester- Nashua markets. However , I have been purchasing large multi family assets/apartment complexes in emerging markets throughout the United States over the past 9 years. I have bought and sold over 2000 units in the last 9years . Using both TICs and Syndications , along with my partners, have purchased and sold large apartment complexes in Austin and San Antonio TX, Warner Robbins GA, Atlanta GA and Chattanooga TN.
I have now expanded into the commercial office complex market more recently in the past 3 years, having purchased office parks in Bedford NH, Manchester NH and Methuen MA.
