Richard DeSoto first entered into the real estate industry back in 1976 as a broker and owner of his agency in Fairfield County,
Connecticut. After a long successful run in a very competitive marketplace, thirty years later he sold his real estate business there and relocated to the rocky coast of Maine.

A true entrepreneur at heart, he founded Kare N Herbs in 1994, an herbal supplement company in the York, Maine area that has grown to
serve both local and national clients. After successfully growing this company, he realized that his true passion has always been real
estate. As he transitions the herbal business to the next generation, this passion has brought him back into the world of commercial real
