Donald oversees the ongoing operations of Colliers International’s asset management portfolio consisting of privately held, corporate and institutionally-owned real estate assets located throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.

With over 25 years real estate experience and nationally recognized expertise, Donald strives to maximize the value of client assets. He consistently and successfully advises clients regarding the development, aquisition, disposition and management of commercial investment property.

Management portfolios under Donald’s direction have ranged in size from 1 million square feet in 10 properties to over 3 million square feet in over 100 properties. His strength in investment analysis, building operations and lease negotiations provides clients a significant competitive edge when acquiring, selling or operating investment property.

Donald is the only real estate professional in New Hampshire to have earned both CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager) designations. His deep understanding of commercial real estate, analytical abilities and negotiation skills optimize client investment opportunities and maximize their return on investment.
