Brad oversees the day to day operations of Colliers International's management portfolio consisting of privately held, corporate and institutionally-owned real estate assets located throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine and Rhode Island.
Throughout his 10 year career, he has worked with both large and small corporations within the Financial, Lease Administration and Management sectors.
The management portfolio currently under Brad’s direction comprises approximately 1,000,000 square feet including retail, industrial and office properties. His strength is in management of operations, communications and efficiency. Brad also offers experience in reducing operating costs through the reduction of buildings energy usage small and large.
Brad’s ability to multi task, coupled with his real estate experience and efficiency are some of the many important factors needed for the management of any commercial real estate asset. His operational and communicative skills help to properly manage all facets and therefore lower costs and increase revenue. He is a team player that will provide a knowledgeable approach to any real property asset.
