The building has lots of power and heating capacity-the Owners make no representation or warranties as to the condition of the building, its utilities and will be sold "as is".

The facility was built by the EPA in 1999 due to the water contamination created by the adjoining manufacturing facility that contaminated the drinking water wells of the Town of Groveland. The EPA has completed its work, but retains the right to test the wells currently on the premises.
