Historic Gardner Block

The Historic Gardner Block was built and in 1888 and was completely renovated in the 2000's. The current Owners have continued to enhance the facility with street front Rose Gardens canopied entrance with heat sidewalk! The interior of the building maintains it's historic mill beamed ceilings and brick walls. The building offers a number of Office/Retail Units with direct access to the Square. The entire building is handicap accessible. The facility is directly across from the Train Station offering MBTA Service into Boston and the Downeaster with stops from Boston to Portland Maine! Limited free parking is available as well as the new Parking Garage across the street with very inexpensive parking. I-495 is only 2 miles away at Exit 49 or 50.
