Mike Anderson joined MCB as a broker in 2016. Since earning his broker license in 2007, he has developed an incredible professional reputation with a proven track record of success within the Maine real estate community. His scope of work includes investment sales, buyer/seller and landlord/tenant representation across all market sectors including retail, office, industrial, multi-family and more. With established professional relationships based on transparency and earned trust, Mike helps clients navigate the complexity of transaction details including financing, investing, and strategic planning, among other challenges that arise. Mikes diligent efforts and attention to detail have resulted in significant brokered transactions, such as a large investment property consisting of a grocery anchored retail center with outbuildings and ground leases consisting of nearly 100,000 SF of leased space, a multi-tenanted neighborhood retail center, multi-family investments, properties with value-add potential, owner/user properties and a host of leasing assignments across a very broad spectrum of industries ranging from small to large spaces. Mike represents on behalf of national organizations as well as locally owned companies and individuals. He is involved with and cares about his community. He enjoys fitness, golf, hiking, trail biking and running, friends and, above all, his growing family. He lives in Gorham with his wife and two young children.
