Cheri Bonawitz is a commercial broker with extensive experience in the leasing and sale of retail, office, industrial, multi-family, land and investment properties. Along with selling and leasing, Cheri also has listed and sold many businesses with and without real estate. Cheri is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Maine Commercial Association of REALTORS, Maine Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS. Cheri is the President for the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, Past President of the New England Chapter CCIM and serves on the USA Hockey Board of Directors. Cheri was selected as the 2024 REALTOR of the Year by the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors. Cheri resides at Higgins Beach in Scarborough, Maine with her husband, Dr. Steven Bonawitz and their dog, Meghan. Cheri loves the outdoors, especially hiking and skiing. Cheri's most favorite time is spending time with her granddaughter and cooking for family and friends.
