In 2011 Mr. DiFranco won the prestigious Cliff Weaver Award for the most creative transaction of the year by completing a 5 property exchange between, Springfield College, Springfield Plumbing and TD Bank. He was the 2010 runner up for the same award for putting together a five property assemblage in Holyoke MA. where the new $168,000,000 High Speed Computing Center now stands. Mr. DiFranco is a member of the National Council of Exchangers (NCE) and holds their Equity Marketing Specialist designation. Mr. DiFranco is a Charter Member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts (RCA-MA), serves as a Board Member and was the 2015 President of this MA Commercial Overlay Board. He is a CCIM candidate, a seasoned property manager, creative leasing agent and a Massachusetts licensed Construction Supervisor.
