Craig Young, Senior Broker and Partner, joined The Boulos Company in 1987. Craig has extensive expertise in the sale and leasing of commercial and investment properties. He specializes in office, retail, and industrial properties in the Greater Portland and Lewiston/Auburn markets. Additionally, Craig currently represents numerous client tenants throughout Maine and New England. Craig earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) distinction in 1996 and is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a current member of the Portland Chamber of Commerce, the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Realtors. He is a Past President of Portland Community Chamber and Sweetser's Kids at Heart. Active in community, Craig is involved with non-profit organizations and youth coaching.
