Nick Malone's path to commercial real estate was shaped by his upbringing around the family business at Malone Commercial Brokers. Witnessing the lasting relationships built through commercial transactions inspired Nick to pursue a career where he could leverage both his analytical skills and ability to connect with people. After graduating from Bentley University with a degree in Economics and Finance, Nick gained experience in wealth management and financial analysis before obtaining his sales agent license to join the firm. A Portland native, Nick is eager to apply his in-depth market knowledge to provide comprehensive analysis tailored to client needs. When not working deals, you can find the former competitive freestyle snowboarder hitting the slopes, riding his Harley, or training at the gym. Nick is excited to follow in his family's footsteps, forging new connections and delivering top-notch service while becoming an active member of the Maine community he calls home.
