Chris has successfully negotiated millions of dollars worth of tax abatements for commercial and industrial property owners throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. As the president of Property Tax Advisors, Chris is responsible for reviewing each client's properties and their unique situation, meeting with assessing officials on behalf of the clients, and representing them if cases go to hearing at the New Hampshire Board of Tax and Land Appeals. Chris is passionate about his work and his clients. He is intimately familiar with most of New Hampshire's commercial and industrial properties. His strengths lie in his in depth of knowledge of this region's economic situation, commercial real estate market, and his understanding of the assessment and appeal process. These strengths allow him to best counsel clients and successfully settle property tax abatement cases.
