Over his 14 year career at CBRE he compiled over $200 million dollars in transaction volume with several signature sales and leases. At Porta & Company Charles will focus his expertise on the areas of retail, office, industrial as well as off market investment sale deals. Charles grew up in Bangor, Maine before attending Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; Management major and Communication minor in the year 2002.
