Beginning her career with The Anagnost Companies in 2001, Amy Chhom has been directly involved in the development of many of our now landmark properties that occupy our central business district areas and throughout Greater Manchester. Her experience involves the full life cycle of real estate from acquisition, permitting, construction and onward through property management of a wide range of asset classes including commercial, medical office, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), multi-family, and single-family homes. In 2014, Amy joined Dyn, Inc, a successful technology startup founded in Manchester, NH and later acquired by Oracle. As Global Director of Real Estate, Amy supported the business offices globally with space planning, construction build-out, facility operations, and lease administration. In 2019, Amy partnered with the founders of Dyn, leading the redevelopment of a 110,000 SF Vacant Mill now known as, The Factory at Willow. To support her passion for affordable housing, in 2021, Amy joined the national non-Profit ROC USA as Vice President of Real Estate Operational Solutions. In this role, she performs her duties as an in-house expert skilled in property management, infrastructure planning, infill, and troubled asset remediation to provide specialized services and resources to the network support teams. Amy continues to operate The Chhom Group, a boutique real estate brokerage firm operating in New Hampshire and Massachusetts since 2018 which provides sales & leasing services, assists local investors with consulting services for re-development projects, and offers commercial and residential property management services.
