Over thirty years ago, Joe followed his dad into commercial real estate. His astute business acumen with complex development projects requiring creativity, experience, and interaction with community officials has led Joe to participate in over $100 million commercial sales and lease transactions in southern Maine alone. A recognized industry leader for decades, Joe has in-depth experience and established connections in all aspects of real estate development and investment. A life-long Maine resident, Joe and his wife Ann-Marie live in Portland. They have three grown children. An avid world-wide skier, Joe and his family can often be found at Sugarloaf whenever possible.
